The production of printed materials is a multi-step process involving manual labor. Due to the human factor, errors may occur, leading to defective products. If you receive a print run and notice any discrepancies with the approved design, please notify the order manager within 10 business days, and we will offer a solution to the problem.
Common reasons for returning printed products:

• The finished product does not match the approved design.
• Color discrepancies.
• Mismatch between approved materials and the finished product.
• Poor-quality execution (e.g., poor binding, peeling laminate film).

What We Offer in Case of a Defect
In the event of a defect, we guarantee one of the following solutions:

• A full refund to the customer;
• Reprinting the order in the shortest possible time.

Reasons for Refusal of Return
The party that provided an incorrect design is responsible for any defects arising from non-compliance with the technical requirements for the design.
